Alcohol fermentation takes place in controlled temperature steel tanks. Once alcohol and malolactic fermentation are complete, the wine is lightly aged in cement vats for a few months before bottling.
A young, fresh, fruity wine and a perfect accompaniment for any traditional Tuscan dish. Its fine acidity also means it is ideal with fish chowders.
