VINIFICATION

Alcohol fermentation takes place in controlledtemperature steel tanks. Once alcohol and malo-lactic fermentation are complete, the wine is lightly aged in cement vats for a few months before bottling.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

A young, fresh, fruity wine and a perfect accompaniment for any traditional Tuscan dish. Its fine acidity also means it is ideal with fish chowders. Must be served at around 18 °C.
